It's still May 31st here, and unfortunately I did turn today into a cheat day, and so while I am scared of weigh in tomorrow, I will face it. Looking to get down to 220 this month, if I even hit 221.6 (80 lbs. down for me :p since this weight loss journey began) I'll be a super happy camper. 01 - 226.2 miraculously! I binged last night and didn't work out but maintained. 02 - 226 flat *woohoo* new low. True story, I haven't been eating properly or exercising, so I am especially thankful but I have to get back on track today. 03 - 227 flat in the wrong direction! lol Weight fluctuations are natural, but I am a little miffed because yesterday was one of my better days between doing my 1 mile Leslie Sansone (which I hadn't done in a few days) and keeping my calories below 1900. However maybe this is a natural gain after all of those days of going over? Either way, I am pushing forward , I want that 220 badly! <3 God bless, let's keep going everyone! 04 - 227 05 - 226.6 *woot* 06 - 226 07 - 225 08 - 225.2 09 - 224.8 WHOA! lol That said, yesterday was definitely a big overeating day, so not sure how this miracle occurred but as they say "don't look a gift horse in the mouth..." lol. I am committing to staying on track for the rest of this week however, so hopefully on Sunday (6/14) I will have some even better news to report. 10 - 225.6 not mad, I worked hard last night but apparently my body just realized that 2 nights ago I inhaled a pineapple upside down cake with a Chick Fil A ice dream. "What we eat in private shows up in public...". Planning to do 1 mile today and sticking to 1,720 calories. 11 - 226 which is 1.2 up from my lowest weight, I've been on plan for the past 2 days, so it is a letdown, but I know it will show eventually. 12 - 226 *praying for a lower weight on Sunday, must stay on plan the next couple of days* 13 - 225.4 today also marks 16 months on my weight loss journey, so happy for that! 14 - 224.4 woohoo! New low for me, 77.2 lbs. down, 74.4 lbs to goal and 24.6 lbs to onederland! 15 - 224.4 I exercised yesterday (did my 1 mile Leslie Sansone walk broken into increments lol) and I ate fairly on point, less than 1800, but I did have a Trader Joe's apple tart, & pms is around the corner. 16 - 222.8 A new low, so thankful as I overate pretty bad yesterday! 17 - 222.4 :) also I realized earlier today that I am 22.6 lbs. from Onederland & 72.4 lbs. from my goal *woohoo*. 18 - 224.4 2 lbs. up in 1 day, after eating 1900 calories, hmm sounds like PMS is rearing its ugly head :p. 19 - 224.6 lbs. (binged on the 18th) 20 - 224.2 lbs. down .4 lb. 21 - 224.8 *GRRR* lol, seriously! :p Anyhow I'm going through PMS, I'm hoping my weight doesn't go up anymore. I plan to stick to program, and I recently injured my ankle, so while I was already slowing down on my workouts, this will definitely make it worse. *sighs* Trying to be positive ;). 22 225.4 23 229.2 (uh yeah) 24 225.2 lbs. 25 224.4 lbs. (2 lbs. away from my lowest weight) 26 222.6 looks like I'm having my pms whoosh, thank you G_d! 27 222.4 28 223.2 29 223.4 *sighs* 30 222.4 *happy* -3.8 lbs. from the start of this thread. Considering that I have had some bad days, struggles, etc. I consider it a victory, July here we come! <3 |
I am not weighing today because it is TOM. I will weigh when its over. In the mean time I am sticking to plan.

Hi Everyone :wave: ... I let the entire month of May pass by as I gained and gained and gained. I thank you all for your messages/comments and post to me, your kind words and just thinking of me mean a lot. I like you all know that 3FC is definitely the backbone to weight loss. If you stay on here consistently you'll lose weight it's a known fact (at least for me). But as soon as you stray away (BAM) the pounds and inches just do what they do. I am going to try to get on here as much as I can. I have to get my eating under control. I think I'm realizing now that I stress eat. I never knew that before. At lease that was the issue yesterday, not sure why I have eaten what I have today :dizzy: I want to do right but it's just not happening :( Ok I'll be back later.

Ah, now I know why the weight loss has started to just trickle off after pouring off - I was in the luteal phase of my menstrual cycle and now it's gearing up to start. So... let's see how much my body still follows it's "old" pattern of close to zero loss for 17 days and then 10-11 days of whoosh. I just can't get frustrated if the scale holds still for a couple weeks!
But with pre-menopause, who knows! All bets off as each month is it's own story now. |
