Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend!! My best friend got married, I got to picnic with my family for the first Memorial Day in about 3 years (I moved to another state), and completely overindulged this weekend. So I know that I am not going to see what I want to see at the scales, but it was worth it to enjoy my family, friends, and the celebration.
Sadly my scale said 230, boyfriends scale said 227. I think I like his better (I also know there is a lot of dehydration and bloating in those numbers).

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I can't believe there are only 5 days left in the month and I'm really close to the weight I started the month at. Ugh! I really need to be more consistent. My biggest problem is planning. I've been on the go way too much this month and not planned well enough. Planning on finishing May strong!

I have had to fight serious urges to eat junk food many times this week. I've been feeling overworked, stressed out and overall really down. I tend to turn to bad foods when that happens. Not giving in, but struggling to keep my head in the game (sigh).
