Up 1.5lbs. Whoops! It was a combination of eating out for lunch and homemade pizza at my mom's for dinner. The lunch probably had a lot of sodium in it as well. It's okay. I'm not going to let it derail me! Back on track today.

Rennie - I echo exactly what Kris said. You are the reason I too have come back to 3FC so many times. We're all in this together. One tiny step at a time. Come back, come back, come back. Miss ya

LGW - where is this miracle recipe you speak of? I am a pizza fiend. Help me!

I think this might be it. Will most definitely be giving it a try.

So I've maintained good eating habits, but haven't been working out as much as I would like. Planning a 45-minute walk with the dog this afternoon, getting in some sun (and I need it, I am beyond pale!).

The good news is that I seem to be finally below 240 for real. And when I got my Summer capris out, all of them are too big. Which is great, as it means real weightloss, but not so great cause it means I have to go shopping and I hate clothes shopping.

I weighed in and lost 5 pounds, offsetting the three I gained last week by two. And then I ate some cookies, totally not on the plan. Sigh...why did I have to do that?

I'm halfway to my first 10 pound goal! This was my third week weigh-in, using Weight Watchers, down 3.9 so I got scolded by WW... haha! I love it!

Down 1.5, essentially getting rid of the gain I had yesterday. We have a team building event this afternoon at Skyzone - it's an indoor trampoline park. Basically we'll jump on trampolines and play trampoline dodgeball for an hour. Should be a great workout. But then we're going out to eat afterwards. Hopefully the two should offset each other and I can go into the weekend without a gain. Weekends have always been my problem - too many events.

Many I just keep fighting with the same couple of pounds. I hope all the walking around I have planned for the weekend will help me (and I need to be mindful of what I choose at restaurants, eating at home isn't usually a problem)

My "modified" egg fast has been very modified . Not giving up though. At least I'm moving in the right direction and I'm planning to stay very focused and low carb over the weekend. I've been drinking around 150 ounces of water a day, which I need to continue to do over the weekend as well.

One thing I've noticed about the new lows is that if you keep doing what you are doing, despite the fluctuations, it will remain your new low...so maintain it and keep your eyes on it!!

Anyone try that cauliflower pizza yet? It's a must for my protein fans!

The weekend eating hasn't been super ideal. Plus I haven't been making as much milk as I usually do. So some of my points did go to lactation cookies and almonds. Hopefully it won't show much on the scale. But the "boys" gave me a glowing tree necklaces for the tree of life for the life I gave birth to this year. Aww. And I got a shower this morning! We went to Aldi's and I got some great healthy staples. The scale has mostly been set at 288.8.
