This weekend was a disaster. I didn't know it was possible to gain so much weight in just two days. I weighed in at 205 this morning.
I'm sure most of it is water weight. I ate a lot of salt this weekend. I had McDonald's for both breakfast and supper on Saturday as well as 3 large slices of pizza for lunch. Then we had Christmas cookies and treats in the afternoon. Yesterday, I had donuts for breakfast, fried chicken and french fries for lunch, then had nachos and cheese dip for supper. We also had Christmas treats in the afternoon. I'm going to attempt to get back into onderland before Christmas Eve by drinking lots of water and sticking as close to my calorie range as possible. Next weekend should be much easier to stay on track since I'm planning on staying home.
