274.8 this morning so 3.2 lbs lost this week (5.2 since jan 1). On track because I trying to lose at least 2 lbs each week. Won't be long now and I'll be in the 260's! yay

I haven't posted in here since the 6th myself, so I just wanted to check in....down to 274.0 so far, as of today. However, that was about a 1.4 lb whoosh down from yesterday, so not sure if it will yo-yo back up on me tomorrow. We shall see, lol.
Sorry for posting early but I needed to weigh in early this week. I am at 273.8, down 2.8 lbs. from last Sunday. I gained part of a pound last Sunday (probably from either water retention (from food or from starting exercise) or a meds weight gain from my steroid shot in my spine. In any case its down, so I will take it!
When I went to the doctor Thursday I had lost 20# even from my Christmas Eve visit, which isn't the start weight I listed here, but 3.2# more. Yay! It means the scales at home are weighing accurately or heavy, if anything, since I weighed here that morning.
Start weight: 291.8
Current weight: 273.8
Goal weight: 140.0
Weigh-in was 272.0 this morning, which was the same as yesterday. I feel like I have been hovering in the 272-274 range for quite some time now...like my body doesn't want to break past this invisible barrier of 272, lol. Hopefully that will break, and I will get a whoosh soon. I haven't had one since my last post on the 24th!
