I am just trying to eat healthy to nourish my body. Had a baby 3months ago but my body still hasn't recovered. So I make and eat vegetable soups, salads, stir fry, fruit salads, smoothies etc. In the evenings while my hubby watches the kids I go for Zumba class at gym. Later on I plan to add strength training too. I join back at work in a month, so Im trying to lose maximum weight and be fit in the next four weeks.
What is your strategy for weight loss? are you also exercising?
