Hi all IM very very new. from reading your post IM in the right Place. really could use your help and support i would be happy to do the same. i .managed to get 21 off since jan7 but have a long track record of scewing up and regaining. this time im trying hard to find a way of life any suggestions? im trying "eat to Live" at present I done everything else out there and have stopped blaming the diets
I have lost weight so many times only to gain it back. This last time I gained it back because I turned to alcohol. Boy that packs on the pounds. I have stopped drinking alcohol. I have given up my diet soda. Working on drinking lots of water. I am doing a high protein low calorie diet. Really just making it up as I go along. Making better food choices. I am trying to move more. I have a really bad back so its hard. Love seeing all the post here. If I am having a bad food day I come here.. Looking forward to learning to like myself again. It has been a very long time.
Happy Monday. I lost 5 lbs last week. However it was first week of diet. I struggle with water intake. I am going to try very hard this week to stay on target with water. I also hope to try to exercise. I have back issues . So I figure any movement will be better than not moving.
My name is Elle and I would love to join you for encouragement and support. I am getting started on Monday, March 2nd with the LC lifestyle. I will be weighing officially on Monday morning, but the last time I weighed, I was 270ish. My goal is to reach Onederland by the end of the year, so I have a pretty agressive goal.
I see most have a tracker on their siggy, I will need to make one of those. I look forward to getting to know you. I feel that having support is crucial to a successful weight loss journey.
Am just signed up for 3FC's today, CW is 276.6, which is down from my SW of 286.6 two weeks ago (I know, first wek was probally all water weight, I don't care!!)
Super exciting news today... I'm down to 277! I weighed myself on Friday and saw the loss, but wanted to weigh again today just to be sure. It's been a month and a half since I've been more accountable and the scale just didn't want to budge (I don't want to say I'm dieting because really it's about lifestyle changes, right?) So exciting! Can't wait to see the 260s.

I wanted to check in to this thread as a measure of accountability. My goal for the rest of March is to lose 5lbs. and begin walking daily.
I've been away for a few weeks and am so discouraged. I'm right back up to 288.8
I don't know what else to do about my weight except start again & try something different.
weighed in at 292 a week and a half ago and snuck on the scale a few days ago and saw 282! hoping that for my official weigh in on sunday to see the 270s! be amazing to basically skip a decade. onederland by the end of the year!
I finally get to join up on this thread, as I am finally out of the 290s!! I will not be seeing the 290s ever again, and I am making that commitment and promise to myself. I am doing Trim Healthy Mama and working out five days a week. I love THM and what it has done for my body not only in weight loss, but in overall healing physically and mentally.
Hi everyone! My I am at 281.7, so working hard at getting out of the 280s! Weigh-in day is Saturday, and I am trying SO hard to get to the 270s by then. HUGE NSV and didn't have ice cream today even though I am DYING to have some. I want to see 279.9 MORE! lol
