Hello all! I didn't see a 170's thread so I though I'd start one and am hoping others will join!
I'm working through them for the 2nd time after a 30 pound regain. Some of my goal clothes don't fit anymore! I am trying to get to my goal weight of 155 and maybe my stretch goal of 149
I am on the HMR diet plan and it's tough but it works. I lost 60 lbs on it last time and kept it off for over a year!
Something new that I've added this time around is spin classes. I have a package of classes at Flywheel and may join as a member later this month. Last time I did C25K and it worked for me but I just can't get excited about running this time.
