Carol Sue so good to see you. I did have a great fbs this morning which was a plus since my eyes have been giving me fits the last two days. How have you been? You don't have to answer here I'll look you up on the other thread so I can say hello to everyone else

Alicia replying to your comment to me on 1/15 ... My son and I hit the gym on that Sunday and Monday and OMGoodness, Tuesday I could barely walk my legs hurt so bad but I did it and it felt good. I haven't been back since and I know I need to keep it up.

So I had a laser tattoo removal session yesterday. So the next 10-14 days I can't raise my heart rate very high or the tattoo blisters! I also can't swim for risk of infection. So I am not sure how much exercise I will get in the first half of this month
