pnkrckpixikat, wow on the tattoo removal with the limitations, but I think you'll be fine. Maybe get some moderate paced walking in. Do you have to keep it covered? Do you have to go in to for more removal? Are the results what you expected? Sorry about the questions, just curious

vchan good job on the 10lbs Gone in January

Underwater welcome back

dedicatedt, me either as far as January goes, hoping to keep my head in the game this month

Hi all!!!

I'm up for the weekend challenge this week! I'll be checking in on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

So, January was tough! There was a lot of yo-yoing that ended up being all good in the end. I'm hoping for a lose this month without all the up and down! I wish everyone success!!!

Hi everybody.
January was good for me, I lost a total of 14 lbs.

2/1 254, 1126 cal, 2325 steps, 15 min sworkit
2/2 253,

I confess I went to the old thread but then realized it was over and didn't read it all. I hope everybody is well and doing good.

I saw the comment about eating badly when we get too busy and off schedule and out of our routines.

In the past what would happen was that I would get off schedule and get too hungry and then drive thru the golden arches for french fries and food, but mostly it was about the fries- I'd start eating the fries before I was out of the lot.

Now I carry snacks in my bag and in the car that may not always be perfect but they are ok. Like trail mix--too many calories and the nuts are fat calories. But to my thinking it HAS to be better than french fries.

Today my plans got derailed and I ended up driving home much later than originally planned. I saw the golden arches...... but drove past and ate my apple from my bag instead.

Thanks for the support, it means alot to me. I will try to check in every day.
~Molly

It is King Cake season here. This morning I woke to half a large pecan praline from Paul's Pastry. O M G

It is going out the door with my husband for/to his workers (labor ready day workers).
Because I was raised on the starving children in (name your place) guilt method, I have a problem with throwing food out/waste in general.

But I have discovered the joy of giving my unwanted food away much like I give away my unwanted clothes to the mission.

The workers don't mind a half eaten cake or bag of marshmallows. They don't wonder where the chips are that go with the new jar of dip.

I do send along good food too, (because I want to be generous and I do care and don't want to be weird) so they get pasta and canned soups and veggies too.

Laissez les bon temps rouler! Let the good times roll - with less belly roll, haha.
Have a great day, everybody.

Hi everyone. Just stopping by to say hey. I probably wont be posting much this week. It's month end close at work, and we are one person down, and our close schedule was shortened by a day last month. I think I'm suppose to have everything done by tomorrow. I hope it is really Thursday. Problem is, I'm not too confident with the new job duties I've taken on.

And, I think I woke up with a cold.

On a positive note, I did come home last night, and cook for my lunch today. At least I am prepared food wise for the day. I also baked some chicken for the rest of the week's lunch.

Have a great day everyone.

lovetob I don't have to keep them covered, but since they are slightly blistered I do just to minimize the possibility of popping one. There will be more removal sessions this session was 9 of 16 and they have to be spaced 8-10 weeks apart. It is hard to judge how satisfied I am, they are really faded in some areas and just kinda dull and sludgy looking in others so some days I am happy and others I am just super worried that the blue is not gonna go away in those areas.

Anyways, I think tonight I will go and walk on the treadmill and maybe do some weights. The danger is in raising my heart rate, that raises your body temp, which can cause more blistering. We will see what I can get away with

And the water weight from the pizza and alcohol on sat night needs to go away now! I know I didn't eat enough calories to even gain 1 pound let alone almost 4!

I don't remember exactly how to do it but if you go to User CP (top left of your screen) subscriptions should be one of the choices. There is a place to select that you want any thread you comment on to be in your subscriptions (that's what I do). Then, when you come back on, you can select User CP and you can see all the threads, that you subscribe too, that has new comments. At the bottom right of that list there should be a place to select that you want to see all of your subscribed threads so that you can see the ones that no one has commented on as well. If you need/want to delete a thread you just check the box and select delete form the drop down menu in the bottom right corner.

Ok, I hope that wasn't confusing!!

I hope everyone is doing great today!!! Down a pound for a new low!!!

Jill wishing you the same success also on your new low

Molly great loss in January Molly two thumbs up for you. I have snacks but if I have the cash I will still make the stop, however I won't do it on a card so it helps Good for you on the cake and on being generous. I know they appreciate you

imthegoddess, keep your head up, you've got this and I hope you're not catching a cold. I've started drinking Airborne. It was recommended by a co-worker. I don't know if it's working but I don't want to catch a cold. The weather here is crazy. Yesterday it was 56 degrees when I left for work. This morning it was 27 degrees.

pnkrckpixikat, hope your walk and weights fair well this evening. Water weight sucks, smh.

I'm up 1.2lbs. I ate a shell-less taco salad for dinner last night, then went to bed. I know that's a but I have to get up so early. I try to stay up with the kids and then get at least 7 hours of sleep. Most nights it's only 6 and by 1pm I'm pooped.
