Another gorgeous Monday morning!
Okay, I’m not too happy it’s Monday but I’m trying hard not to give into negative thinking. LOL
Anyway, I’ve officially lost 1 pound during my first week of dieting. It’s not much, but I know I could lose more by adding daily exercise to my plan. With exception to some wine and peanut butter crackers I had last night, I’ve stuck to my plan religiously. I was also able to go shopping at the grocery store and the mall without giving into temptation! That’s a big accomplishment for me since most of my binge eating occurs in the car or when I’m away from my husband.
