Hi everybody. Hope you are doing well. I had basically a free for all Sunday - Tuesday which was maybe not planned but definitely my decision.

I did VERY well at 2 buffets. However--my very well compared to how I USED to eat at buffets is still about what a person should eat in a whole day.

So, I know that I still have work to do. Yesterday was back to business and the scale is back in downward mode.

Someone mentioned, and forgive me for not going back to look who it was, that they actually physically feel bad when they eat junk.

I can honestly say that yesterday after eating very clean with few exceptions for almost a month I could FEEL my body's reaction to eating overly processed overly sauced overly yummy food.

They are actually overly toxic.

Thursday already, I am making food and exercise plans for the weekend. I rode my bike outside yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. THAT needs to become a habit!

Quick check in from me. I've been in a work-related certification training for the past couple of days. Today is day 3, so another 8 hours and an exam later and I'll be done. I'm pretty exhausted, because I've still been going home and getting on the laptop after Peanut goes to sleep to do my day job. I can't wait for the weekend. Through it all, I've somehow managed to lose some weight. Woke up to 192.7 today.

I know what you mean. I feel great eating non processed foods. Great job getting back on track.

That does sound exhausting. Have a great restful weekend.

I can't believe it is Thursday already. I'm not complaining, it is just where did the week go? I've been busy at work learning new job duties. Next week is end of month close, lets hope I can get it all done in a timely and correct manner. There are so much more moving parts to these job duties than the old ones, I'm still doing until they hire my replacement.

Onward and downward. The scale that is.

Hello Everyone

I haven't got a chance to catch up on how you all are doing but I pray everyone is doing well. I'm still trying to get use to these hours and it is really taking a toll on me. I had today off, the first day in quite a long time with the children in school. I slept from 10 last night until 10 this morning (with a few bathroom breaks). I haven't slept like that since I had the flu. Anywho my weight has been crazy WHY because I have been eating any and everything. TOM has been crazy don't know when it's gonna happen and when it isn't and I've been super bloated with tons of cravings. No excuse I know. I need you all to pray that I get it together. I am seriously struggling this go around.
