I posted a couple of articles on the library forum (great forum btw and I never went there until a couple of months ago) I thought might be of interest that I posted recently. Of course there are many more articles. One is on fish and the remarkable health benefits from eating it. Yes we probably all heard of how good it is, but the article does a great job on telling you just how good it is for you. It has already changed my eating habits.
The second is called the 'gorge-yourself environment'. I think it will be of general interest for people who post here.
