My goal weight for this challenge is to be at or below 215 at the start of the new year. I generally have been fluctuating a pound or two in the low 220's. Not quite Onederland but a lot less than I started out at the beginning of the year. I have to check with my doctor, but I know I have lost at least 80-100 pounds this year. I feel a whole lot different than when I started these challenges
