Rennie...thank you, I know it slows but usually not until after the 190s, I just didn't get it being stuck that long! And great job you are almost at the 140s!

Hi Everyone!

Finally found a few moments to check in. I have put on 4 lbs. over the last week and a half and am determined to have it gone by next Monday. I will update my stats then and hopefully will be back down in the 140's. I am thinking a part of it is from sodium.
I have not been eating properly or regularly and it has really messed with me - I feel so much better when I eat properly - healthy and wholesome.

I may not get back here this week, but starting next week, I have leave until Christmas, so will catch up with everyone then. Hopefully to see some wonderful success stories!!!

I weighed in yesterday at 212.2 # My goal is to be down between 200- 204 lbs. So somewhere between an 8 to 12 lbs lost. We shall see! I made myself do a lot of steps yesterday at work. I'm a secretary and work 12 hour days at a hospital so my job can be pretty sedentary, but yesterday I made myself move every chance I got and managed to end the day with 12,000 steps. woot woot!

akelly, you're the sweetest , it sure would be nice to hear the kids and my husband say, "You're appreciated!" ... I am feeling much better thanks. I just have this cough that I can't seem to shake. You are right this year has flown by ... and I too need to get my hiney in gear and be consistent ... Let's do this

Great job ladies!! Already Thursday, these weeks won't slow down for nothin!

Down 3-4 pounds this week - have hit the gym twice and did 1 mile the first time and 2 miles the second time! Eating on plan as well, so lots of progress. Just need to do this for like 3-4 more weeks to establish a routine AND battle the holiday temptations!!

Rennie, yeah its normal to gain a bit after being sick. If anything, it will get you a little more energy and help your system fight off the rest of the battle Still, you're def an inspiration to me!!

jen, yay for moving down!! 2 pounds is a nice whoosh for 1 day!!

skinnygirl, wow!! 12k steps is awesome!! What are you using to track? Fitbit or something else?

jude, wow - so happy for you to get such a nice break! Since you have that much leave saved up, that leads me to believe you worked yourself to the bone for a very long time - so be sure to relax and enjoy the down time! I'm hoping we get to work remotely the week of Christmas and New Years I travel as a consultant for work).Will be incredible to wake up in my bed every morning and be at home!

Well, That didn't last long! Oh well, this is my pattern.

Went to my first Christmas gathering this evening. We won't even talk about it.

TOM will be here early next week so I MIGHT be all straightened out by Christmas. I had really hoped to start the new year off in the 220's but even if I maintain this weight, that's 46 pounds lost.

235.4 this morning.
