Finally joined the club today!
After 6 years of up and down I finally did it. This morning I am 100.5 pounds lighter than my high of 243. It is the last 30 that were the hardest but I finally did it. I'm now 6.5 pounds away from being in the "healthy" BMI range and I'm hoping to get there by 12/23 which is when I have scheduled my Lipo/Tummy Tuck.
Good luck to everyone as we enter the difficult season for dieting. Looking forward to a healthy 2015.
