Day 2.
My plan -
Calorie goal: 1500-1600 (with exercise calorie allowances)
Exercise goal: 5 miles with Leslie (but I'll be okay with 3)
Water goal: 3L (6 - .5L bottles)
Today has been a busy day for me. This is the first chance I've had to get to my computer, after a day full of baking desserts for a dessert auction at church tomorrow. Because of all the running around to prepare desserts, I'm not likely to be all that motivated to workout tonight, but I'm going to pop in the 5 mile dvd, and hope to do the whole thing, but will be satisfied if I can get through the first 3 miles. We'll see.
Calories for the day are planned out to 1580, including my pizza for dinner, and some fruit and yogurt afterward.
I've drank a ton of water today, but haven't kept track, though I would assume I'm already pretty close to my water goal.
11:50pm update: I did 4 miles, so not 5 with Leslie, but I did get 2.5 from walking around cooking, so I'm going to call that acceptable. I had a little snack after my workout, so calories ended at 1660 for the day, acceptable with the workout burning 440. And I drank at least 100 oz of water, probably more.
