Day 7

My plan:

Calorie goal: 1500-1600
Exercise goal: 5 miles with Leslie
Water goal: 3L (6 - .5L bottles)

As of this post, I've had 4/6 bottles. No exercise yet, I've been out all day, though I will get that in this evening. Calories are planned to about 1570 (I had a restaurant lunch, so I'm sneaking in slightly under my goal).

If I don't start snacking on things, I should make it through today, though I have told myself that if necessary I could switch today with Friday, and make today a high day, and Friday a WL day. So we'll see.

Okay, I didn't finish yesterday at the calories I had initially planned, and I didn't exercise, so I can't entirely count it as an "on plan" day... but I did stay within the higher calorie limit, so I'll switch it with Friday. I'll give the last week 6.5/7. Not 100% but better than I've done recently.

Today starts a new week.

So. Day 1.

My plan:

Food: 750 - 800 calories (5:2 fast day)
Exercise: 3 miles with Leslie
Water: 6 bottles of water

Exercise is iffy, we'll see if this congestion goes away. Hard to exercise if you can't breathe!

I'm going to rejoin, but update daily like you are, Mandy, if that's okay. I really need to focus in and have most of my days be good days if I want to hit my Trainer Boy #3 challenge.

Day 1.

My plan:

Food: Low carb, and destroying the rest of the Oreos if they are still there when I get home to facilitate that.
Exercise: Heavy lifting at the gym.
Water: 100 ounces

Laurie, I would welcome the company.

I'm starting on a new week today myself, so today is another Day 1, after yesterday's debacle :-|

Today's Plan:

Calories: 1500-1600 (+300) from exercise, if needed), allowance for up to 1/2 of calories from exercise (i.e. if I burn 200, I can add 100 to my total).
Exercise: 5 miles with Leslie
Water: 6 bottles/100 oz. (6 - 16.9oz bottles = 101.4oz)

5:00pm update - 3/5 miles with Leslie done (345 calories). 3/6 bottles of water done.

11:00pm update - 6 miles with Leslie done. 7 bottles of water drank. Calories were a little at 1720, which is acceptable with the 700 calories burned in exercise today.

Today was good.

Day 1/7 done!

Day 2.

My plan -

Today has been a busy day for me. This is the first chance I've had to get to my computer, after a day full of baking desserts for a dessert auction at church tomorrow. Because of all the running around to prepare desserts, I'm not likely to be all that motivated to workout tonight, but I'm going to pop in the 5 mile dvd, and hope to do the whole thing, but will be satisfied if I can get through the first 3 miles. We'll see.

Calories for the day are planned out to 1580, including my pizza for dinner, and some fruit and yogurt afterward.

I've drank a ton of water today, but haven't kept track, though I would assume I'm already pretty close to my water goal.

11:50pm update: I did 4 miles, so not 5 with Leslie, but I did get 2.5 from walking around cooking, so I'm going to call that acceptable. I had a little snack after my workout, so calories ended at 1660 for the day, acceptable with the workout burning 440. And I drank at least 100 oz of water, probably more.

Day 2/7 DONE.

Water goal: 3L (6 - .5L bottles)

6:30pm update: 4/6 bottles. 5/5 miles.

11:50pm update: 7/6 bottles. 7/5 miles. Came in at 1800 total calories for the day.

Day 3/7 done!
