I did OK in November until the holidays hit at the end of the month. My goal will be to maintain during the holidays. If I can lose that would be awesome, if not I will be happy to maintain. Another goal will be to keeping working on moderation. I have noticed that I can't eat as much as I used to, which is a good thing and I need to keep working on that.
