Haven't exercised, haven't had anywhere close to enough water, horrid eating this week (super busy schedule), late night suppers, UT game last night (GBO! 60- 15 over UK Wildcats!) and I had popcorn and fast food for lunch and supper! Gotta get my butt in gear! I've got Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE goals to make!!!
Hello everyone! Just checking in!
221.6 -- I was reviewing Lose It stats and this is the lowest weight I've been since starting Lose It Feb 2013. I was 238 at that time and ballooned to 270 by Apr of this year. Still not down to my 207 low when I used to be on this site.
I will say that making healthier choices has been a lot easier when I'm out and my falls are not as bad as they used to be.
Sorry I have been MIA... I was having some horrible tooth ache and didn't even want to leave my bed. I got a root canal done on friday (and it still hurts!!!).
Anyway the scale has been bouncing up and down for me like a yo-yo this morning I was at 212.3 hopefully I will keep going down!

Hope everyone had a better weekend than I did . I didn't eat often enough, when I did eat, it wasn't great food, and then I avoided eating sometimes just to ensure I wasn't eating crap. What kind of recipe is that? Not one for success I tell you . And I've been really really bad with my water. It used to be that even if I didn't eat well, I was okay because I never had any problems chugging down my water. Now it seems, I struggled to get in a litre over the course of the entire weekend. What the fudge?!
I'm resolving to do better this week. I'm going to stay sane. And do some meal prepping tonight to set myself up for success this week. I need to lose weight. It ain't comin' off on its own!
So I didn't have a bad day yesterday. I mean it wasn't as great as it could have been, decent enough. And yet, up 1.3. I'm assuming a delayed up from the weekend. Going to continue to flush it out. What else am I going to do?

So close to being below 220! I got off track with my eating and exercise the end of week, or I know I could have been below 220 by now. Going to do my best next week, even though it's Thanksgiving!
