I fell off of the wagon BIG TIME.
I am back up to 296.6 and I am feeling it. I am positive that I self-sabotage a lot. So I am working on preventing that from happening again. Now that our awesome month off together is over, it's time to get healthy and STICK WITH IT! I am super proud of my husband, he's busting his butt with his job!!
Now that our baby has a more usual wake up time, I do not have any excuses left to not wake up before him and workout. I am considering trying Insanity again with many modifications for sure, but I know it will help kick my butt the way I need it!
I am committing myself to stay on plan with my food, exercise before sweet baby wakes up at least 4 days a week, drink 100 oz of water per day, and post in here everyweek day.
I started this thread with so much motivation and I feel like this is the final kick in the butt that I need!!!
