Good morning everyone,

Rennie - I'd like to join in your challenge for Oct. I have been maintaining at 212 for about 2 months now and it's time I get moving down again. I want to reach onederland by the end of the year so I really need to get in gear. I know the daily accountability will help keep me committed to exercising and tracking. I am looking forward to a great month

Scale has been messing with my mind so I am going to weigh in on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Now let's hope I can keep off of it! Looks like my high carb days are prolonged the scale does not move! I know I am retaining water due to how my ring is fitting...and to retain water when drinking over a gallon a day is weird...LOL
