A good chunky whoosh since my last weigh in two days ago. I said I wasn't going to weigh until my BL challenge starts on Sunday, but I wanted to know where I was ending the month. So I'm down 4 lbs since Thursday to 196.1. But I had an overall gain of 2.6 lbs for the month.

down 8.6 but not getting too excited been really sick for the past 4 days so not sure if some will jump back!

After a really rough month, I am ending at 245.4 (THANK YOU GOD! So, not just saying that! He IS the reason that I am ending this month with the weight loss that I am!)

That's a 9.6 lb loss. Not what I was hoping for but better than I thought I was going to be ending with!

I ended the month at 277, a 6 pound loss for the month. Not horrible, but not great. It's actually my worst month so far! I did not handle pastor appreciation month very well.

I have to do better in November.
