10/1: 255.0, stayed OP but can't exercise right now.
10/2: 256.4 (YIKES!) but I can tell I'm retaining water.....gotta drink more today! Getting my stitches out so starting back on exercise on Monday!

Thanks for Disney advice. I am bringing a lot of food. Just eating dinner in the park but whatever healthy I can find. I am committed to it and wanting to hit my goals.

Hi girls! Dropping in to update my month, been tracking most days. Have not lost, have bounced up and down - so still fighting the fight. One day I will break through! My mental state (lol) is doing much better. Work is still loads of stress and pressure, but FINALLY breaking through and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Client goes live with the new system Jan 5th, so my holidays will be spent working in Dallas most of the time, will be home Christmas day and a few days after that.
So good to see everyone posting I see several of us are stalling or battling; we will win! Just hang in there!
Happy belated birthday Kukkie!! I'm 28, so I know 30 is rapidly approaching. It's still young but man does it make you think twice about age and how fast time flies!!
Getting fit - 9 miles! CONGRATS!!
Jill - whoa you are killing it this month! Congrats and nice work! So inspiring!

Thanks! It feels good to be able to exercise again and feel like I'm getting somewhere. The beginning of the month was rough for me. I set an ambitious goal and I won't be able to make it... but trying to keep my chin up and take the loss, that I will have at the end of the month, with a smile. I am happy about every ounce I shed!

Kelly - Hang in there and keep on working your plan. The weight will eventually start coming off. I went 2 months without losing much and now this month, I've lost 6 pounds already. Since you're in Georgia, you're probably familiar with Stone Mountain park. That's where I walk and I LOVE it!

Hope everyone is doing well! I'm hanging in there at 224.1 this AM. 42lbs since April. I like Nutri System Simply Fresh; however, I will say that I seem to lose more weight with protein and veggies than low calorie programs. It feels like I have to work harder with low calorie diets. They are better maintenance programs for me. I plan on going back to Personal Trainer Food for 1-2 months. Good luck everyone! No CANDY!

10/24: 247.6 That's up .6 since yesterday but I'm not surprised. I haven't gotten all of my points in for the last couple of days and I don't lose if I don't. Plus, we have done different exercises in my water aerobics class and I have been SUPER sore. That means there's gonna be some extra water while those muscles adjust. Still pushing to get as close to 244.0 as I can by the end of the month!

I'm heading in the wrong direction. Up 0.4 to 198.1.
The good news is that I've joined a biggest loser competition with some moms in my area. There are about 28-29 of us, each of whom has put in $50; that's a pot of approximately $1400, with prizes for first through fourth places - not bad for motivation. Anyway, we start Nov. 1 and I'm excited and nervous - hoping that's what I need to get back on track.

GettinFit, yep been there lots of times. Too far for me to frequently visit but it is nice! Macon has a really pretty river walk so I try to go there when I can.
Down 3 pounds this week! Going into the weekend feeling strong!
