Have up'd my exercise by riding my horse again (Had stopped due to being too heavy). A couple of rides done and it's lovely to be back in the saddle.
I hit 229 today again - Hoping I stay in it now as I jumped back to 230 for a couple of days.
My jaw has locked again though and will have to see dentist tomorrow about my wisdom tooth / infection as it's clearly not better despite a week of anti-biotics.

made it through work today but not eating much so need to force myself to eat something for dinner.
Will ring the dentist tomorrow... see if I can get an emergency appointment again, have a feeling more anti-biotics will play havoc with my weight loss again as the first course did. but it needs sorting.
The scale hasn't been moving, but this is a new week, right? I spent the weekend doing some deep cleaning around home. I did not get as much done as I'd hoped, and am a bit regretful that I spent my time that way. But it's soooo nice to have this area clean! I hope to get to the closet this week...hoping that sorting through all my ugly clothes will inspire a greater need for change.
Why is it that every project splinters into so many others? Just to do the cleaning required an hour or more of cleaning and fixing the vacuum. Who decided that we all needed bagless vacuums anyway? I had a perfectly good canister vacuum that required a bag, but like all mechanical devices with plastic parts, it became unusable. It's true, I did not like shopping for vacuum bags, but the cleanup was so simple. So now I have one of those bagless vacuums....I do not like emptying it!
Back to dentist today and stronger anti-biotics started, with referral for tooth to be pulled (I'll need knocking out first).
lost another 4.5lb in tonights slimming world weigh in, brings me to 16st 3lb / 227lb feeling good that approaching middle of 220's and will soon enough be leaving 16 stone range.
Staying on plan and hoping the medication doesn't make me gain like last week (gained 1lb last week).
I have been hovering at around 230 for about 2 weeks now. Just like you purplej I have been put on antibiotics for a tooth. I had a root canal yesterday. Here is to hoping the antibiotics don't have an effect on my weight loss. I have a mini goal of 227- that will get me to where I was about 7 years ago.
Hi everyone great to have some new faces, this thread has been a bit quiet.
Really looking forward to walking further down the 220's. Still seems such a long way to anywhere near things like the 200's and goal that moving down the 10's is vital to keep me focused.
Hi I am Davisa and I will post my metrix below. I have High blood pressure so cardio isn't an option for me per my doctor. I have gained 20 pounds in the last 4 months. I would like to have the support from others who are also on this journey. I have no kids but am married to a great man. Hope to find maybe others in my area, Colorado Springs, who are on here.

Well, back up to 228 today, but pretty sure it's just water retention so I'm not going to wig out. I am staying on plan and haven't cheated, so it's just my body being weird.
It's kinda frustrating that last time I lost a massive amount of weight I started in the 220's. I got to 175 then. Now I started at 265, eep, and it's taking forever it seems to budge that scale down
Up for me again today, too. I was thirsty (!) yesterday, which is unusual for me. I'm sure it was due to salt, as I strayed from my usual salad for lunch. So maybe I'll move down soon if I stay on track.
well done getting back on the wagon Fickle.
