SeeMyFeet, sorry. It's been hectic since I got back to the states. I actually think I need to be checking in more. I weighed in today with a 4 pound gain! That's the first gain I've had in over 6 months. It might be water weight though. I am so bloated today that my bra is digging into me. Hope you are having a better Monday than me.
Hey everyone, I hope everyone is well, I hit 226.6 today which brings my total lost to 75 lbs. From my start of 301.6 lbs in 15 months! Very happy about that. I'm 26.8 to onederland I can't believe it! And of course 25 lbs to 100 lbs. down.
Even with my gain this week, I'm still within sight of ONEderland. I'm detoxing this week to help with the bloating. Maybe I'll get to the two teens this month still.
Candid, great job on hitting the 75 lb mark. That's awesome.
NjPants, this may sound naive but what is involved in detoxing? Maybe I should give it a try the next time I plateau.
As for me, I'm losing slowly but surely! Down to 234.9 this morning. As much as I love seeing my numbers go down, what I'm really looking forward to is having my wedding ring fit again! I got pregnant right after we got married and that is when I gained most of my weight, so now 9 years later I think I've worn my wedding ring for around 6 months total. I'm hoping by the end of summer!

Hey SeeMyFeet, I've been on an emotional roller coaster lately, losing & gaining weight. My lowest so far was 222.4 a handful of days ago, now I am back up to 224.2, I am feeling optimistic & jazzed about my journey to Onederland, but also craving food so badly today. *sighs*
You've done so well, Candid! Don't give up! Take a deeeep breath and THINK about a snack you can really enjoy and not feel guilty about.....go to the store if you need (AFTER you make your decision)...or just watch some funny videos and laugh away the night. And lemme know what snack you chose!
Ok seemyfeet I came in. I cannot believe this is the thread I started way back when!!!!!!!!!! This has to be slow! I was at 223 on Sat my weigh in day. Hoping to end my challenge at 219 by the 4th of july fingers crossed.
