well a woosh came my way and am 223lb this morning!! 20lb gone on my home scales feels amazing.

It's been a good week. Weigh in with slimming world tonight so hoping to get into the 15 stone bracket with them officially.

I've joined the Halloween Challenge (posted on this board and others) and hoping that this will keep me focused and moving down from the 220's to the 200's range. Amazing to think I might be in onderland before xmas!

I'm also starting to see it in my clothes, I knew my work trousers were getting looser but they're a UK 22 and yesterday tried on and bought some trousers for an interview to go with heels (I wear flats at work so they're shorter) - in a size 18 (UK)! I dug around in my wardrobe this morning for jeans and have 3 pairs of 18's that fit again!! I was wearing a 22 when I started on 30th June, and 20 recently.

Feeling motivated! next goal is to step down into the 210 range..

227 lbs. this morning. A week from today it will be 6 months of clean eating; what we call abstinence in Overeaters Anonymous. I am joining my local YMCA next week to start working out a few days a week.

Hi. I'm right in there at 230 down from 240 when I started this site.

I've been 232.5 every day this week, no movement down at all, even though food has been on plan.

Might be time for the (dreaded) exercise to break the plateau!

How frustrating for you stillmeadow! What kind of (dreaded here too) exercise are you looking at?

I'm at 235 as of Saturday.
I'd be very happy to lose 2 lbs over the next week but I sense my losing streak may just be on it's last legs so I'm looking at plateau preventing strategies like more (more like ANY ) focused exercise, or restricting eating windows - not calories - a bit further.
