I do not think I ever set a goal for this challenge. I guess at this point I would like to lose 5 pounds by the end and be at 230. Thanks to all who post. NSV size 14 winter coat fits perfectly!!!

JB when did you start??? I saw you were a little discouraged. I know when I first started I lost 15 really fast and it took awhile to get going....I think our bodies have to readjust after losing quite a bit.

jen, I started 8/4.

This morning I was at 256.8 but I went over points at dinner. It was my "extra points" for the week but holding my breath over what it's gonna show on the scales!

Up a half this week. I was really hoping for a good weigh in because I was at 205 a few days ago. But hormones do what they do and there's no getting around that. Still, I know I'm doing the right things, so next week will be better.

I'm up this week, after a couple of binges including one that happened on Sunday it isn't surprising. I will work harder this week, my b-day is in 2 weeks and I had a goal of weighing 257 by then... Ah well, I'll get there eventually it doesn't have to be for the big day. Focusing on breaking into the 250's, which will be the lowest I've ever been in my adult years.

I am definitely not going to reach my goal for the challenge , however I will be happier if I can get back into the 150 and stay until the challenge ends

I am now at 228. Down 7 from my last check in. I was not very organized when I set my goals for this challenge. I'm happy to have lost whatever weight I lost and hope to get to Onederland by Christmas time.

I am down to 224. It appears that I have lost somewhere between 11-15 pounds so far this challenge. More than I thought I might and less than I had hoped I would. I am still hoping to get to Onederland by the end of the year
