Rennie Can you eat another protein bar while you are on your way home or have a bag of cut up veggies? That way you are not starved out of your mind? I can relate and don't like that feeling. It's like you just want to turn the switch on and inhale everything in sight. But, try to work with what resources you have available, nutrition bars, a cooler, etc. Try to find something that will work but just don't give up or give in.

Thanks Diana I won't give up and I am trying so hard not to give in. I won't tell you what I ate today. But it is what it is. I do need to try/find something to fill me up before I get out of the car since that is my issue. Thanks for the suggestions

This month has been really hard on me! I'm bouncing around between 262.4 and 259.2. I'm ready to get moving already! And now I can't do my water aerobics for 10 days and can't walk or jog for at least a couple of days. UGH!

Hang in there, Jb1975! Being sidelined from exercise does suck, but give yourself credit for maintaining. It can be really hard to not gain when you're used to burning off a little extra.
