I'm here! I've been blowing all over the single digits the past few weeks, though I think part of it was from quitting smoking two weeks ago (gained six pounds overnight!), so my body is adjusting. I weighed in at 201 (again) this morning, so who knows what's going to happen, lol. Glad you're doing well!
Yesterday morning, I dipped ever so briefly below the big 200. Was a big shock to see the number starting with a 1 on the scale. Tomorrow's the official weekly weigh in for me, and while I doubt it'll hit it again, I'm so close I can TASTE it.
201.8 as of this morning. A reminder that looking at the graph for weight loss mine looks like a bunny bouncing down a hill. Here for another week at least, then onwards and downwards!
Hi everyone! So happy to be here, lost 6 pound since last weigh in on 3/27. That puts me at 216. That totals at a 83 pound loss now. I am really starting to beieve I can make it under 200.
I went back to my healthy lifestyle yesterday. I hope it's the last time because I'm tired of the self loathing, of seeing life pass me by, youth fade away without me enjoying this healthy body of mine, and... well, so forth.
Anyhow, I was 202.2 yesterday. Today I dipped into 199.0 FEELS GLORIOUS. My weight in is every Monday morning, so we shall see. I just really hate the 200s.
