I get more excited about clothes fitting again than I do the scale number. Awesome progress guys!

I can officially wear my high school class ring again and my bridal set!!

I'm in a US size 16, a few 14's. I once was an 8 and am longing for those days again. Honestly though, I am just ecstatic being able to shop in the normal stores.

Hope you all have a great weekend!! I'm off to Orlando.

215.0 lbs. this morning!!! I am working out about 1 1/2 hrs., 4 times a week. It really helps me manage my stress and improves my past feelings of low self esteem. I started out at ground zero in terms of physical fitness but every time I am able to do more. I hope to reach a mile on the Elliptical next week. Working with weights also makes me feel good.

I can feel my rib cage again. And the loose skin seems to be tightening up.

I never ever want to go back to the way it was. The pain of living that way is so horrendous.

Great non-scale victories
I'm wearing a ring my husband bought me 8 years ago I couldn't wear for a year or more. Feels good.
Also smaller jeans that didn't fit a month ago!

Down to 212 now - looking forward to the next couple of pounds as in British numbers it takes me from 15st 1lb into the 14 stone range. I was 17 stone 3.5lbs when I started out.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Back and I gained 4 lbs of water which I think is more hormonal than anything else. I walked over 30k steps on Saturday, about 13 miles and earned 2000 calories. I ended up eating 3100 and still managed to stay in a deficit. Pecanbon cinnabons are soooooo yummy..... but not worth 1080 calories.

I haven't been to Universal since they added on the Harry Potter world since we've gone to Disney the last few times I went to Orlando. I have to say, it was extremely well done. I felt like I was on the movie set, and the level of detail was phenomenal. The Forbidden Journey is now officially my favorite theme park ride, and I'm not even that big of a Potter fan. I read all the books and watched the movies, but my nerd card is more into Star Wars and LOTR's LOL. They are also building a new King Kong area which will be done next summer. I think we may end up getting season passes.

I don't recommend drinking the butterbeer. It's simply root beer with butterscotch and is so sweet, I gagged.

Hoping for a loss this weekend and glad to be home. Grat's Purple J on 212!

Good morning everyone!

214 lbs. this morning. It is so nice to walk without getting out of breath!

Congrats Purple on weight loss and smaller sizes. The 18's are now getting big on me!

Fickle, glad you had a great vacation. I hope to go there again in the next couple of years with tons of energy!

Between cheating last weekend and TOM, it's been a struggle this week to not get depressed with the scale. We found a costume party to go to and I bought a really nice old fashioned dress. It's going to fit as is, but I want to drop as many lbs as I can by the time we go so I'm being super strict. All I do lately is think about cheating...... BLAH! Stupid Reese Cup commercials. I think after Halloween a minor break eating at maintenance for a bit might be in store.

I don't think I"m ever going to see below 210 LOL. Here's hoping tomorrow's weigh in gives me a good number. I'll be happy with ANYTHING under 210.

Welcome Curvy! Grats to you and Robin on the scale losses.

And 209, finally. Then of course I went over calories all weekend. That's okay though. Slowly coming off is still coming off.

212.5 lbs. this morning. I have more energy and stamina. Working out helps so much but I never really want to go to the gym. I make myself go, knowing that I will feel better afterwards and I always do. This is not a "diet", but a life change I am making. I want to eat healthy with normal portions and work out for the rest of my life.

Congrats Fickle on the loss! Slow and steady wins the race!

Awesome LetsGetFit! Hope to see you soon in the new thread. GRATS!

Welcome newbies! I weigh in on Saturdays/Sundays, but I feel like I'm in a stall because normally the scale moves to at least a smaller number by now. Oh well. My fault really as I keep eating too much lately, even though never above more than 100 calories or off low carb. I should still be in a deficit, but I got some weird hormone issues going on I think.

Grats to all of you that lost!
