Hi everyone! I've been around here and there for a couple years.. I lost 50 lbs last year and found out about a month ago that I regained all of it back which is quite depressing.. I've joined weight watchers and now I'm ready to get serious and lose 120 lbs. I am absolutely miserable with all of this weight on me and I am sure a lot of you can relate. I definitely need to hold myself accountable so hopefully coming on here every day will help.. I am ready to do this! I am worth it!

I can definitely relate! I don't know that I would describe myself as "miserable," but I know that it's much easier to be at a smaller weight. Welcome!
