Oh I put my hand up! I really need a buddie who understands about loosing such a large amount of weight, I love my friends but when they say they need to loose 5kg and its all relative, it kinda makes me want to cry
Age: 35 with 2 small kids so that makes me feel 50
Starting weight: 121.5kg/267lb sorry metric system here!
Current weight: 119.9 / 264lb
Goal weight: 75kg / 165lb
Eating plan: my own plan - calorie counting and intermittent fasting seems to work best for me.
Exercise: slack, I try and walk everwhere but with 2 young kids and it being winter its hard at the moment, so have committed to 20mins of meaningful exercise everyday of september, rower/boxing/pilates etc. Doesn't sound much but my muscles are telling me otherwise!
