Morning y'all

Last weigh in for me for the month, as I leave for vacation very early tomorrow morning. Happy to report I am down 1.5 to 192.2. I forgot that I had actually started the month off with a gain, so I'm very happy to report a loss for the month. I'll be back on Sept. 4 to assess vacation damage. Enjoy the last week of summer before school starts!

Hi ladies! I haven't been on this site all summer. I just wanted a break from all the thoughts of weight loss lol. I'm settled into Virginia and I just wanted to enjoy the summer at the beach and doing fun stuff with my girls and ex-husband.

Now that the summer is coming to an end, I'd like to get back in gear. The good news is, I lost some weight....I'm down to 166.75 lbs. I think I was around 174.50 before I left here. Having an active summer helps

I haven't being doing much on the weightloss front over the past week or so, but today I did get some yoga in, hopefully I can stay on the exercise wagon, maybe I need to pull the thing instead,

Kukkie Enjoy your vacation Good job on your loss for the month Kukkie my stomach is hurting tonight (this morning) I ate too much good food. My Mom is here for the holiday and we cooked a feast. Everyone's belly was full

Jenni nice losses this month I have months like that when I lose slowly just look at my stats. Sometimes we have to shake things up and add a few more calories then bring them back down to get the scale moving the way we want again. I'm trying to do just that again but it's hard right now with not being able to prepare dinner like I want, but I'll get there hopefully .... soon

Thanks Sarah I'll try but it's annoying to see the same numbers back and forth on the scale I hope to check in more in September

Jude, keep up the good work, nice losses there

Penguin LOL on pulling the wagon... me too

I gained a pound in August. The carb monster is getting me most evenings because it's quick and easy. I want to lose 10lbs between now and the end of the year, not sure how but I'm gonna try.
