It's me! Back AGAIN!
Hello!! I have been here a few times and now I am back! Life just got in the way! BUT now I am more focused on me. My husband and I have stopped doing Atkins as we were just sick all the time! We are now following the Dr. McDougall plan, have been at it a little over a month and I am feeling great! My hubby is off his Blood Pressure meds! We saw our Dr today and she is very happy with our progress. I am about to turn 29 in October I am going to school full time, and a stay at home mom. I would love some support buddies! Even if you're not doing the same plan as me as long as we a close in weight! <3 Let see the change this time! Lets see it work!!
