Well after my feast yesterday from Mom and my huge dinner I am up 1.8lbs to 161.6. But like Kukkie said on the August thread sometimes the up at the beginning makes a difference at the end
So I posted in another thread thinking it was this one....OMG lost my mind LOL

1.179.8 no formal exercise on this holiday day, just walked around the entire flea market. Fun Day.
2. 183.4 OUCH!!! too much celebrating yesterday. too much fruit and too much Corn on the lovely cob.... back at it today. 5mile walk outside.

Hi everyone! The summer is over and school has finally started! For a single mom like myself, it's happy hour Mon-Fri from 8am - 2pm LOL!
My next main focus will be securing myself financially. I still have no employment. But now that kids are in school, I actually have time to go on interviews and work on business plans.
I am really liking how I'm looking and feeling these days. I am switching over to an intuitive eating plan to see how that goes for me. I'm just going to eat when I'm hungry, drink when I'm thirsty, and eat the foods that I feel like my body desires. Today it's craving a raw salad with homemade dressing....so that it shall be. I weighed in at 166.25 lbs this morning (as well as yesterday morning). I might have to adjust my ultimate goal to 140.00 as I am becoming really content as the pounds fall off and keeping my curves are a MUST! lol!

I had a water whoosh this morning back down 4.2lbs but silly me ate a fried bologna sandwich on white for dinner with two egg rolls so I probably blew that huh, smh.
Kukkie and Sarah where are you? and others that I am missing?
