Hi Donna I hope you had a good time at the gym yesterday. I know its different when you have kids... (and I don't ) but I just have never been able to get my butt into gear and work out in the morning. I am the crazy nut and walk at night Just have to dodge cars lolol (extra calories burned lolololl)

I am inching down.. 297 on they button.. Hoping for the Full Moon woosh this weekend! (FOR US BOTH!)

308 this morning. Went to the gym this morning for my partner workout but I haven't gotten in my walking or cardio lately. So have to find time for that. Maybe a walk tonight with the husband.

Hold the boat!! Not sure what started it but can't stop eating today. So stopping now. It was pay day so I guess that is why. Hopefully I didn't do too much damage. Anyone still around?

Had a bad week last week, had a cold, one of the boys was real sick. I ate off plan a lot and gained some back but I'm back at it this week. I'm not even paying attention to the scale this week just trying to get my gym routine back and back on eating plan.

I hope you don't mind if I jump in here I am at 309.6 right now and I want to see 299 so badly. The last few weeks I have been having no movement the whole week and then a 3-4lb woosh. So I really hope that in the next 2-3 weeks that I will be at 299. I had to take off tomorrow for some doctors appointments and I will be hitting the gym before then.

Donna I hope getting back on track has been working well this week.

Dipped down to 304 a few times but keep doing up and down. Might we fighting some barrier here as I get closer to 300.

I'm still plugging away. Getting more compliant on my plan and was 305.8 this morning. So it's going in the right direction.
