I ended up maintaining my weight for the second challenge. While I'm grateful for that, I see so many ways and places I dropped the ball. With that said I am excited to get started on this 3rd challenge!

Perfect timing! Yes... I'm in. I just started and you know you always lose a bunch of water weight at the start so I don't think 10.6 lbs is unreasonable. Might even be lowballing it a bit.

I did not meet the goal I drew for myself. That's okay. I feel okay about it. I have been experiencing cycles of weight gain and weight loss for the last 3 months, and I finally feel peace.... like I might be able to stay around this weight or reach a new low weight (less than 187.5 lbs). I feel pleased and a little excited!

count me in I want to make this happen . I and in need of getting to 199 asap ! I know I can do this . I have came along way . so I have to willpower and motivation to see this to the end . Look out Mother's Day . I really haven't set a goal just going to do the absolutely best that I can do each day. WATER WATER WATER
