Rennie, I know - this place does wonders for my weight and drives me to hold myself accountable. I bounced up to 244 (granted I'm hoping 1-2 pounds is sodium and water weight with all the bad choices). I've said it a couple times but I finally feel like I'm in the same mindset that I was in January. Time to do work!

Hot chips.........oooooooh........my weakness for sure. I just LOOOOVE hot chips lol. I could eat 3 bags a day....and I'm not talking 1 oz bags lol. I've had to cut them out completely to avoid going crazy because they are truly my addiction food lol. You did good to only eat 1oz! lol

Thanks Olivia, I think the only reason why I stop is because I start to sweat my son and I both had to stop eating them, LOL.

akelly, you're here and that's what matters, again I'm glad you're back Tell that water weight to go away

Morning all -- up .2 again today, but I've been on plan -- I missed some water and vitamins I think, but other than that, food is good. I take calcium, potassium, a multi-vitamin and omega 3 to replace anything I'm missing.

Rennie -- I'm tempted to try the dress on now, but I'll wait a bit. Maybe when I've lost 12-15 lbs I'll see how it's fitting. I'm all for exercise, as many times a day as you like -- it's only going to make your body better...I don't think it's the key to weightloss though, I think it's a great accompaniment.

Angie, I wonder why the small ups? I don't know anything about IP but I would think that it would be small downs ... hopefully a great whoosh is coming soon. I say try on the dress and you will know for sure what you want to work on, it'll give you incentive Remember Kris (MamaP) and that red dress she wore to her sons wedding. She rocked that dress. Everytime I say something ROCKS I wish Coondocks was here also, that was her word Thanks on the exercise. I am gonna give it a shot. I think I still have your email, I have to run out but I'll take a picture to show you what I need to work on. I showed Chelle last night and she said it didn't look bad (I guess she is comparing it to before) but I don't like it, it sometimes saddens me. I need to buy a goal outfit or at least something in the next size down to look at as an incentive. I'm already a bit bummed because I don't think I'll loose these last few pounds to get to my birthday day goal I know it's my fault though. I hate the new confidence I seem to get with each new low I see on the scale. I think it's a sickness that I have if that makes sense. How can I get excited about a new number when I have so far to go thanks for listening once again. But do try the dress on

I came.... I spoke.... I left. No candy coated pecans from Cabelas were consumed and I had a salad with a slice of grilled chicken for lunch. Best part? All the water weight I've lost this first week? I wasn't miserable in my clothes. They're still my clothes which are not ideal but I wasn't in pain by the time I came home and didn't want to strip and wear PJs immediately. LOL
I'm pretty energetic today too! It's nice not being sick to my stomach all the time!

Day 6

Weight: 208.75 (-1.25)

Food: Anything Day
Meal: fried BBQ chicken wings, bacon cheese fries with green onions & ranch dressing, broccoli, garlic bread, apple crisp, vanilla ice cream

Exercise: Treadmill - 2.29 miles; Weights & Plates Abs; Chalean Extreme Burn Circuit 3

Water: 3.00 liters

What a fun day in the kitchen! I had a 2 hour eating window today. One meal. The damage was done in 45 minutes lol. 4 hours later, I'm still full LOL!

TOM arrived today and my energy levels drop significantly on the first day. I could only jog 15 minutes when I normally jog 30 minutes. I walked the rest of the way but I'm glad I still went. Heavy lifting was a challenge too but I just reduced my reps and I was sweating bullets. I saved the heavy lifting for 2 hours after my 45 minute feast lol. Now I'm ready for a remote controller, a pillow and a blanket

Down to 371 today! I'm having a cheat meal at red lobster but I've also been on my feet all day! Hope the damage isn't too bad tomorrow!

Hey guys. Sorry I've been MIA but me and hubby left for the weekend and went to the casino near us. We're still there and will be home tomorrow. So needless to say, there has been no healthy eating or exercise (unless you count walking to and around the casino) LOL. I'll find out tomorrow how much I weigh compared to before.
