Congrats on reaching Onederland Kukkie!
Olivia... that's an awesome idea you have there. Write a book and you'll make millions. LOL

Angie I'm sort of a sucker but I love my nephews. Apparently even their one grandmother wouldn't take the youngest until he was out of diapers (my mom does). I didn't know I could refuse! LOL

Kukkie

Woohoo for Onederland!

Stayed the same today. I was hoping to show a loss for the week before I go to the city tomorrow. Guess not. Oh well.

Thanks ladies! I've been in Onederland for a while now actually, although my ticker is deceiving that way - I've been negligent about updating it. But I love all the support

Rennie where are you today?

Up .2 today, so I guess I'm normalizing now!

Olivia -- Your plan sounds like fun...I like the variety you've built in. The ribbons were great, I saute them with garlic, but I'm going to have to try them raw next time.

Radiojane -- Before I had a kid of my own I would always volunteer to watch my two nephews and 24 hours with them would knock me on my butt for days! lol -- now that I have my own, he's broken me in, and I'm just used to catering to another person's needs 24/7. I'm sure they are loads of fun!

Radiojane great drop yesterday 1.3 nice Don't pay attention to that ole' scale, check those inches

Olivia is raw zucchini sweet or does it have that twang to it like yellow squash? That's a great thing you're doing for your family. I used to cook a lot but not anymore. I do cook just not very often. My oldest son is the experimenting one he loves to cook. I told him he'll make some woman happy some day. The middle boy cooks also but likes the easiest of recipes. What a great day you had yesterday, I'm happy for you Olivia good job on your pound a day also whether you are still doing it or not it's still a victory Excellent drop for a week. I may have to see if I can follow your plan minus the juicing part, I don't know that I could do that and I can't do regular starches. I seem to lose control very quickly

BuffieLynn one pound per day is great keep up the good work

Thanks Angie , on the .8 yesterday you're doing beautifully I'm so happy for you I hope I get to see the dress and not on a mannequin ... .2 is a little water so keep smiling. You can't be normalizing this quickly. Can you?

Bunny we've got another cook in the house (on the thread ). Wow, go introduce/welcome a few on the intro threads and that will get your post up You also need 20 days to the exact minute Share it with us later ... don't forget now Is it low carb?

WahineByTheSea, vending machines are my enemy also. I try not to have cash when I go out and they charge a surcharge on each item when you use a card because you have to get them individually, smh. At least roasted pecans are a good fat, right?

Kukkie for you Now change that ticker Lady

Easily Amused, I update my original post also just makes it simple when I move it to the thread I kind of blog on . But ROCK ON 5.2lbs for the week. You and Angie are rolling this month I know you feel great on 65LBS GONE

Well bad me did horribly yesterday, I was over in calories by 1193 and carbs by 244. MFP surely puts things into perspective for ya . I didn't do any exercise either. Just spent the better part of the day with my thin wanting to stop every where to eat daughter yesterday We had a good time but goodness I couldn't do that everyday. I drank a nice warm glass of prune juice before bed because my stomach was a mess. Thank goodness it does help me Weigh in today was 163.8 up .4 from yesterday which would have been way worse if not for that fiber

ETA: I did make it to the gym today burned 504 calories so feeling good. My oldest doesn't have football practice today so he wants to go to the gym the evening. What is you alls take on working out (which for me is more walking) twice in one day? I do brisk up hill walking. I haven't done it in 4 years and before it was counter active use to give me an up on the scale most times.

Down 1 more lb today! Rennie, thank you for being such an encourager for everyone! Actually, everyone is so awesome!

My planning has been much better and I am trying to not eat my snack too late at night. Worked to ensure I am getting enough water. We are in the midst of packing and planning a move to our new farm. So just a tad bit of stress, thus far I have not eaten out of stress( my biggest issue)! Although, it has been close at times...

Have a great evening!!

love2b150 - I exercise twice a day on tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays. I do cardio in the mornings and heavy lifting in the evenings on those days. I say go for it! I love doing it this way.

Day 5

Weight: 210.00 (-1.00)

Food: Protein Day
Meal 1: maple sausage; bacon; fried eggs; pear
Meal 2: curried honey mustard chicken thighs; sauteed vegetable & herb medley

Exercise: Taebo Get Ripped Extreme

Water: 2.00 liters

Today was a good day. I spent some time preparing my meal plans and grocery lists for the next two weeks to get it out of the way. My kids are off now for spring break so looking forward to sleeping in all week!

Have a great weekend all!

Thanks Olivia Good job on the pound down You know I have yet to lift anything and I truly need to tone My SIL was showing me how to use some of the machines to get these thighs in order. I also need to work on my stomach area. My back fat is slowly going away and my wings aren't that bad my son lifts weights. I need to work with him. I here you on sleeping in, enjoy. Our kids don't go on break until the week of my birthday and that's only three of them. I still have to get up with one because he goes to a early college high school and he will still be in school. With some luck I'll lay down and stay down

I RESISTED CHOCOLATE CAKE, PUMPKIN PIE, BROWNIES, CREAM CHEESE DANISH, CHIPS AND CHEESE TONIGHT!!!!!
I only ate a salad of Kale, some black beans and a little bit of homemade Guac. HECK YES I DID!!! I did have 2 diet sodas today tho. They make me swell. I wouldn't be surprised, even with how well I did today that my weigh in will be up tomorrow. I don't even care. To go to a social event that's potluck and NOT EAT LIKE CRAZY??? that's a definite NSV! Did I want to? Heck yes. SO SO bad.

Way to go Bunny, that's awesome!!

Buffy, evenings and snacks are my weakness too!

Rennie, glad to see you are doing well in the 160's! I have missed you!

As for me, man time is flying. I have not done well. Weighing in for the first time in weeks tomorrow. Will come back and report in

love2b150 - when I started lifting weights, my body shape definitely started changing! I noticed my waist going in. You should definitely try it out to see how it works for you

Bunny - that is so AWESOME!! Great job on resisting all that temptation! It's one thing to not want to eat it, but it definitely takes strength when you want to eat some of those things but make the conscious choice not to. That is HUGE!!

Bunny ... that's a great NSV, keep up the good work and I agree fully with Olivia. Bunny you have definitely gained control over food way to go

Thanks akelly I'm happy to see you. I miss you also. I KNOW you're busy but you've got to stop in and at least say more often

Olivia I will let you know when I start, thanks

well thanks to enough sleep I'm down .6 to 163.2 again . I bought a bag of those Takis/and a 1oz bag of hot chips last night and that was a for sure. I love the spiciness but it's not great late in the evening (sodium). Had I not eaten those I probably would have been back to 162. Oh well, today's a new day. Another chance to try to do right
