LGW great month, way to go

katerina, does that mean easier workouts for you? If so that's great, but is that good before a competition or meet?

yes, easier workouts, in order to allow the muscles to fully repair themselves. what's important for me in the next week is to sleep, eat maintenance calories, and do a bit of the three main lifts in order to keep that muscle memory. the plan is by the time the meet rolls around, i am full rested and repaired and ready to smash some weights.
