I had a friend that was very similar. When it rained, her knees ached. She was very sensitive to atmospheric pressure as well. That's very interesting to me.Today's exercise was great! I'm trying to do up down days also and so far so good. I want today to be a low day but I don't know. I made some low carb pancakes yesterday and I had planned to eat one with salmon and eggs. I don't normally eat anything until I get my daughter on the bus so we shall see
