ushotmedown, great job on the 1.6lbs down

PumkinField if it's solely an up from the weekend it is definitely water. Flush it out with water and you'll be good

Today's weigh in 164.6. I've had a gain everyday since the 24th. I am up 2.6lbs total but I am gonna do the 5:2 diet today and see if I can get the scale to move down. Hope it works so I can see a loss by the end of April

Yay Rennie!

After my lunch out on Friday, I'm up to 193.9, but I managed to hold it steady there all weekend and stayed the same today. We also went out for an early dinner yesterday. But because of where we moved to, we live sooo much closer to things now. We actually walked to the restaurant and walked back home after, so I didn't have that heavy feeling of eating out. My friend from work is on a trip this week, so no eating out this week. I would really really like to see the 80s by the end of the week.

Peanut seems to have a scratchy throat lingering from his illness, but otherwise he's back to normal. Except for he's got another tooth coming through. Ugh, these teeth are never ending. Who needs teeth? We should all walk around toothless, probably save us from eating half the crap we shouldn't eat anyway. Sorry. End rant. Suffice it to say he was finally starting to sleep through the night again, and now the teeth are disrupting us. I'm so off topic. The point I wanted to make was that I was going to start going back to the gym today but couldn't find my freaking running shoes. Hubby finally informed me that they were in a box that somehow ended up at my in laws. So he's going to get them today or tomorrow and then I will go pump some iron!

Thanks Kukkie I would love to be able to walk to different places. Glad Peanut is better I hope his teeth don't give him as much trouble as the others did. I'm glad your husband knows where your shoes are. You'll see the scale move for sure once you start hitting the gym again New decade here she comes

Kukkie - I'm very glad your little one is doing better!

Today has been a great day so far I was finally able to jog my 2.4 miles without stopping this morning and it was very blissful. I just love how my body feels after a good jog. I tried to go bike riding afterwards, but it's way too windy and a bit chilly outside. I'm going to the salon on Saturday with my mom for the first time in over 4 years lol. I'm getting my hair chemically straigthened and cut short for my brother's wedding coming up. Should be fun

Rennie he seemed to calm down after I gave him the pediatric Advil last night, which is good because sometimes that doesn't even alleviate the pain. Btw, hubby agreed to go to his parents' house tonight after work to pick up my running shoes! Yay!

Happy Monday (if thats possible) lol. Firstly, hope all my southern friends are staying safe and alert during these crazy storms!

My weekend was good and bad. Lost 3 pounds for the week overall, but did not stick to my plan the whole week. However I am still making strides and improvements, and eventually all pieces will fit together nicely and this process well continue on its way (at a faster pace I hope!). I jogged 2 miles straight without stopping yesterday, that was nice. Legs are burning today so I didnt get on the treadmill, but all the walking I do in the airport was enough in my mind

Rennie, you will get it girl! Congrats on the workout! Hope these storms stay away from you and your loved ones!

Kukkie, yay for the new shoes! Hope your little one gets to feeling better soon!

Olivia, good luck and enjoy the salon!!! You deserve it

Pumpkin, I have the exact same problem on weekends! I guess I'm just not busy enough to keep me away from 3 meals and late night snacking!

ushotmedown, congrats on the loss!!!

LGW, good for you on the brocolli vs potatoes! And for doing some cardio to help balance it out. Thats the key - moderation and expending calories when we consume more than normal! Great inspiration!

Good Morning everyone! It's been rainy and chilly outside here in Michigan so far this week. Can't get outdoors and bike ride like I was hoping. Down to 192.75 lbs this morning. I'm going to have a fruit smoothie and then head to the gym to see if I can push out another 2.4 miles this morning. Then I may do some light lifting this evening to test out my back and see how it handles it.

Thanks akelly , WOOT on the 3lbs Great attitude ... eventually all of the pieces will fit together Great job on jogging two miles straight. Question at what speed do you jog? Thanks and back at cha' with the storms. These storms are interesting but it's spring/summer brings

Olivia same question for you, at what speed do you jog? Olivia nice weigh in Do you put protein in your fruit smoothies?

ushotmedown WOOT! You are doing your thing 3.6lbs in the last two days, way to go

EDIT: Not a low today I was 161.2 on 4/12. I am 161.6 today down .4 from yesterday and I am excited. Now what will be even more exciting is if that scale says 160 in the morning, it will be my present for the end of the month

Rennie - great job on the weight loss!! You are SO close to 160! And then on to a new decade! I only jog at 4.5 right now on the treadmill. I am building my way back up to 5.0-6.0 (which I used to do easily in the past lol). On Thursday, I'm going to try 5.0 and see how it goes.

Thanks Olivia I have tried 4.5-4.7 but I think I don't start out right because I can't go at that speed for long. I'm gonna try it today and see just how long I go. You're doing great and I have no doubt that you will get that 5.0-6.0 done.
