I'm alive...I'm here. Got back to town on Friday night. We stayed at the gorgeous kingsmill resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. It was such a waste because we worked usually from 7am to past 10pm at night and we didn't have time to actually enjoy it.

I definately gained weight during the week...they provided more food and goodies than should be allowed by law. But now I have to work a bit to take it off! I'll weigh in probably this weekend to see what the damage is....

I am here... Just haven't been able to put the diet thing together.. at all! No motivation for over a month. I am maintaining. I need to find my groove!!!!!!!
