What causes you to FEEL fat?
For me, feeling fat has very little to do with how much I weigh. I felt fat at 145 (in high school), I felt fat at 256lbs (my all time high) and every weight in between. It's such a roller coaster of emotions. Some days I'm elated and happy with the way I look and other days I'm disgusted.
Today I'm disgusted. I weigh exactly what I weighed yesterday. My clothes fit the same. Yesterday I felt fit and trim and sexy. Today I woke up, looked in the mirror and just felt FAT! All I could see were stretch marks, sagging skin, and jiggly bits.
I wish I understood why some days I just feel fat...
One for every five pounds lost!
