Had a blast camping this week. I'm only up 1.5 from my lowest, and a half pound down from my last posted weight, and that's after last night's all you can eat seafood and prime rib buffet. Did lots of biking and hiking and cooking instead of eating out for most meals to offset the s'mores and steak.
This morning I was 218.6. I finally broke through my 2 month plateau. I'm going to move on to the two teens thread. Hopefully all of you will join me soon!
I'm hanging at 226.5. I'm back to work and back into my routine. I figure by the end of the week I'll start seeing the scale move in the right direction again. Or not, but either way, I just keep at it until it does!
Oh Streudel and Justa (good to see you!).. you two are soooooo close!... Hurry up.. we now have a good bunch of people in the 2 teens and we need you two! and everyone else (gonnabe!) who is here! Come on Down!

OMG you're not kidding!! One of the most miserable experiences of my childhood was tent camping in Fla. in July. I don't know how you guys deal with it!
