Hey all! I was still 206 this morning! I am glad because yesterday I had a bit of pizza for dinner.
Two nights ago I wore my new pair of regular 14 pants and they were so loose and it occurred to me that I have been wearing size 14 skinnies. So I ran to the store after work and grabbed a pair of size 12
regular jeans and they fit perfectly!
So I am a size 12 regular, size 14 skinny!
That's a big non-scale win for me because the smallest pant size I remember being is 12. Obviously in childhood it was probably less, but from age 13-16 I was a size 12 throughout.
So that's awesome. I'm feeling good. I have been really excited for Onederland but I am lifting pretty heavy weights. Yesterday I squatted 50lbs! I don't really believe building muscle mass is that tough, if you're really lifting heavy, and my clothes sizes are going down while the scale is barely budging.
In a perfect world I'd be building tons of muscle and the scale would be dropping still. :/
