Way to go wvuchick on sticking to plan all week. I am sure you will be down on Saturday! One long week here too and so glad tomorrow is Saturday. I usually work, but hubby is watching the office for me so I can have a 2 day weekend.

Easily... I am sorry about the rain... I see it up in No Florida /Gulf this weekend.. We will get it later on Sunday I think... Well.. may the SUN Shine on you tho - whereever you go today!

WOOOOOO I had another woosh/whoosh last night HOORAY! Down to 213.6 So I am on WV's heals and less then 5 lbs to you Easily! I am working at getting every last ounce of weight loss during these woosh days that I am blessed with once a month! Squeeze a few more out I will! LOL

Hey all! I was still 206 this morning! I am glad because yesterday I had a bit of pizza for dinner.

Two nights ago I wore my new pair of regular 14 pants and they were so loose and it occurred to me that I have been wearing size 14 skinnies. So I ran to the store after work and grabbed a pair of size 12 regular jeans and they fit perfectly!

So I am a size 12 regular, size 14 skinny!

That's a big non-scale win for me because the smallest pant size I remember being is 12. Obviously in childhood it was probably less, but from age 13-16 I was a size 12 throughout.

So that's awesome. I'm feeling good. I have been really excited for Onederland but I am lifting pretty heavy weights. Yesterday I squatted 50lbs! I don't really believe building muscle mass is that tough, if you're really lifting heavy, and my clothes sizes are going down while the scale is barely budging.

In a perfect world I'd be building tons of muscle and the scale would be dropping still. :/

Congrats Walrus on the smaller pant sizes I know exactly how you feel about the 12/14 sizes. I am pretty much to same as you! I also lift weights, so while the scale is slower to move down, I do notice more leaner/toner areas first. This is more important to me than the scale, but cannot wait to break 200. Maybe this week on Friday weigh-in

Well I have stopped my forward movement for the day BOOO! I should be grateful for the losses I have had these last few days.. I know. I will be good again today (On plan) and walk tonight and try and avoid salty food tonight! and Sleep well as I have my Dermatologist apt tomorrow to check out the Dark spot that comes and goes on my forearm tomorrow.. oh I hope its nothing....tho it affects the mole next to it now too Scared

Maybe on Friday I will be in the land of Oneder. I try to stay off the scale all week and only weigh-in on one day.

Good Monday morning all (well almost afternoon now)!

I've been keeping up with all your posts, but have been super busy and haven't had much time to reply. This morning I was ready to get back to my normal routine, but my car had different ideas. Had to turn around after a couple miles and get my husbands truck. I hate driving that thing but I made it and was only 30 minutes late.

Got to 211.4 this weekend, very happy with that. I'm so ready to get to join you single digit gals!

Everything is aok with me.. The Dr (Dermatology) said that all my spots (moles/freckles etc are ok) but if the spot turns BLACK again to come in ASAP as he wants to see it... So some stress has melted away WHEW! Being blond and tanning all my life.. (56 years old).. this was such a great affirmation!
