Posted this on another thread I post on but I'm gonna post it here with you all too ... since my birthday is in April I have decided as a present to me I want to be 10lbs lighter than I am today. That would bring me to 156.2. Oh my wouldn't that be a great present and victory and I think it is doable. 10lbs in 7 weeks ... a little over 1.4lbs a week Comments????

Good morning ALL ... I am happy to report a new low of 165.6. I am .6 more than I was on 9/24/10 ... which was my all time low. I am very proud of me. I so want to get out of the 160's this go around and not get a big head and think I look fine and gain all of my weight back. I have set a new goal of getting to 156 by my birthday in April. I do hope that I can do it.

I'm so 'all over the place' lately -- i had exercise down, but I wasn't eating well, then I was fixing the eating, but not exercising...lately I haven't been doing either! I have got to get it together!! It's motivating to see you doing so well Rennie. I'm going to focus on the next 20lbs and then go from there.

Angie, that is me exactly ... I did very well in January exercise and food wise. The last month I only exercised twice and ate kind of ok. I loss focus and it showed for sure. I am hoping to do better today, however I already want chips and it's only 10:56am not good though I did eat 2 eggs, ham and cheese for breakfast with green tea and water. So that is my plus for the day.

jodoto to the thread I'd love to lose 10lbs but don't know if that is possible since I have already cut out most carbs and sweets. I don't know what else to do to.

Best of luck to us ... WE CAN and WE WILL do this ... we're gonna march those numbers right down the line
