I've been doing good on the no alcohol all week. Friday was the last time and I only had one beer! It was hard but I resisted on going bowling tonight (BF and brother play in a league) and I drink there a lot. Man, this post makes me sound like an alcoholic. I am a huge social drinker and would like to cut (wayyy) back!
At this weight, it is harder to drink and still lose at the rate I like. It is better for my health overall anyway that I cut back, right?
This challenge totally helps to keep my butt on track! Thanks again,

For dinner tonight, I made a sort of Mexican salad with grilled pork, white beans, cilantro lemon-lime brown rice, pan-roasted corn with some lime juice, tons of lettuce, dollop of Greek yogurt and a few black olives. It was delicious! Hope you all are having a good week so far!
