Anyone have any tips on getting started?! That seems to be my main problem really. Just getting started, and getting started on the right track. I can wake up and go jog for 10 minutes, eat a protein bar and then come home at 7pm and order a pizza.
Anyone have any tips on how to start off a good healthy eating plan or "diet" really just kick start a new healthy eating plan, time to lose weight and keep losing!!! (i'm vegetarian by the way)
