Hey had a rough week emotionally, but keeping on. Have done ok with the scale am down another 2lbs. to 176. Got a very bloated stomach though. Not sure whats going on there. I do loads of work at the gym. Cardio and weights. Confuses me that my tummy is so squashy!

Sam great job on the 2lbs down Sorry about the rough week I wish I had some advice for you on the squashy tummy but I am now looking up what I can do about mine. I probably should have started working on it long before now. The lower half is just a flap of mess. It doesn't look as bad as it did and it's not sitting on my lap like it use to but there is still a bulge/lump in my front that bothers me. When you figure it out let me know please Thanks

January was a good month for me. I loss 10.2lbs by cutting out carbs (starches) and sweets/snacks/sodas. I am going to start following a modified 4-Hour Body diet by Tim Ferriss on February 3rd. I had a good weigh in this morning also. I was down .4 to 168.4. I slept 2 hours longer than I normally do so I wonder if that helped, either way I'll take it as being off to a good start
got to the gym. I'm feeling good. I burned 589 walking 4.01 miles My calories are low and I still haven't ate my planned tuna for dinner, not good. What to do?
Hello all my goal for February is to get into the 270s. It was my goal for January but January was rough for me. In many ways I will not let it discourage me. Im learning to slow my roll and go with the punches. I want this so bad but I also know my eating habits havent been the best it is better than it has been but I still have a long way to go. Today was ok went ovwr my calories by abt 200+ went out to dinner with my son for his 16th birthday. Tomorrow is his official birthday. Hopefully I can stay within my calories.
